Fixed price - No hourly charges:
We will give you the total complete price, when you call, no hourly charges. So you know exactly what you will pay before we visit. We have enough experience so we can price the job through a few easy questions when you call. If the job takes longer, it won't cost you a penny more.
No fix no fee:
With a no fix no fee policy you can't go wrong. If we can't do the job we won't charge you, its only fair. But we will fix it, we always do. Excludes data recovery, because success or failure is down to the state of the data, and is outside of our control.

Using Remote support you don't have to sit in and wait for an engineer, using the internet we can contact your computer from our offices, share your screen with you, move your mouse and fix your problem without ever needing to visit. Foreign Languages Customers:
We can still help if your computer is not in the english language. We have had a fair experience dealing with computers in languages we don't speak, this has not been a big problem. But please advise us first, so we can be prepared, some engineers do speak other languages.
