Internet Generation Knowledge Base

 

We have created a knowledge base with articles describing how to resolve some of the problems we have come across, mainly these articles are written for our engineers, some have been specifically written for the average user also.

The most useful I suspect will be how to reinstall windows XP as this is a common way to resolve just about any problem. I haven't got round to writing a guide for vista or windows 7 as yet.
